Central Government Housing Policies followed in a blinkered way by local Cambridge Politicians have lead to an ever changing population in the east part of the city.
The Romsey section of Mill Road was once a thriving, vibrant part of Cambridge. Over recent years the diversity of the privately owned businesses has rapidly decreased as a large part of the indiginous population has moved out, being replaced for the most part by short term rentees not particularly concerned about shopping for large ranges of goods, preferring rather to just shop for basic essentials.
