The ghouls and perpetrators of mind control via ENMOD (Our government) now have personal information, and its gathering, down to the point where they can use it against any dissident in various impromptu street-theater type mind-control operations. That means street plays or other public interactions which involve unwitting/unknowing subjects everywhere, theater designed for many reasons, but mostly to distract, and to create personal doubts, or angst, or depression, even insanity.

This system of harassment extends to many different arenas, and is highly organized. It hinges on surveillance, but incorporates many things: time domain through-wall/roof surveillances, other interferometry, cameras and remote listening devices, and if they have a cable running into your house, rest assured it is being intercepted, in and out. Bodily functions can now be monitored long distance (Imagine a long range CAT scan) and bodily functions can even be effected as well.

Plasma orbs that attach to mucous membranes like the eyes can literally be tuned in via wireless military tools, and the operator sees what the subject sees. These nano machines are a small part of what is being sprayed daily in our skies for over ten years now. Other substances mark you perfectly to scanners, and each subject has a personal electronic signature. You ARE Electrosensitive. Other measurements, even the way you walk, are recorded in your personal files, comrades, and can now be used to pick you out in a crowd, alongwith all your other personal traits and attributes. They call the analyzation of the way you walk your Gait DNA. It is just one measurement within a suite.

A lot of this harassment activity is organized through fundamental churches, as repugnant as that sounds, and I detect certain ganglike activities among many people using alternative communications like CB radios also. These type employ all sorts of eavesdropping equipment that most others are not even aware of. Truckers and Bikers who long for a land of lords and kings, I mean. These are just nazi tactics, afterall, in a new world, better technology. It is important to identify these groups, in order to eventually counter them.

Data collection has been facilitated by the traitor bush and his ilk so that intelligence can manipulate programs personally tailored to any subject who steps out of line. No matter who you are, or what you think you are, you are not immune. In fact, many who think they are immune because of their pro-government activities are actually first on the list because they are, literally, the perfect subjects, they will explain it away, rationalize, and sometimes these programs actually enforce the subjects pro-government zealotry, which today means pro-naziism.

Control of the weather by ghouls means the technology is not for everyone, or everyones good. It is for the good of the ghouls only, the ghouls of course being our lying cheating treasonous ignorant government of hate and terror by bush and his lord. In the present program of active auroral ENMOD, good behavior by the victims may result in an easing off, or even a positive atmosphere for a little while. Or if the perps are discovered in their predations, they many times remove this constant low-grade but all encompassing electronic ENMOD torture...the subject then becomes giddy, and disoriented, as if drugged. Conversely, every single aspect of the ENMOD system (Chemtrails, Satellite, ELF, ULF, other antennae broadcast behavior modification) can and are used together, or in variety, to create environmental modification of detrimental sort.

I sense a literal environmental modification program of harassment designed to target/attack areas of many kinds: neighborhoods, rows of houses, or even whole cities; and if individual targeting is necessary (That means you) the overall effects of the ENMOD coercion can be exacerbated by personal targeting/treatment with lasers and microwaves, whether by DHS employed neighbors, flyover drones (Very common now, and called law enforcement drones), larger aircraft like C130s, or other localized semi-permanent weaponry.

There may be ways to escape individual aspects of the entirety, but not the entirety itself. The only way to rid ourselves of this situation is to destroy the ghouls, and seeing as the conditioning by these ghouls has been wearing everyone down for 10 years or more, it is doubtful the people can ever again unite and rid themselves of what has become a parasite infestation.
