Get this offensive, sickening comment removed

Unity posted an article about Humaira Qudoos, a Pakistani woman with three children who was forcibly removed to Pakistan by the Home Office from Yarlswood detention centre on Sunday.
Some one posted this comment :

" rasing money

to raise money for a new lawyer she could always pimp out her daughters make the punters pay extra for them in their school uniforms or something

Why hasn't this offensive comment been removed? It's sickening - especially when Humaira and her children could be facing extreme abuse from her husband and her family - or worse, possible honour killing! Her daughters are aged 8, 6 and 3. The comment is still there. How has this comment ever been allowed to stay on this site?
Is child prostitution of children asylum seekers thought funny by IMC?
