had medical assesment carried out,suppling my medical evidance (3 docters/ocupatanal therapist/hammersmith heart hospital)????
Dr keen did his assesment on instruction from trust;(pearcey)
no medical of myself (this man is magic dr keen)
i informed trust this is unlawfull,but then £30 4 dr keen +
shah v birminham city council (dr keen again,this time in the appeal court found to be acting unlawfull giving medical assesment on people without medical examination;NOTTINGHILL how could you be so low, their responce is EASY??
because we all f"""""" lye,make false allegations,intimedate,not forgetting theirs alway threat of court action;

having just recieved personal imformation held by tust regarding myself,its thiner than i thought 0nly 114 pages,some were copied 6 times(boring as hell)

was this officiall or just try to cause a problem???
