PRISONER UPDATE: GREGG IS MOVED AGAIN 24 October 2007
Hi guys
Gregg is spending the night in Exeter prison after spending last night in a police station cells in Havant in Hampshire. Him, Natasha and Heather have a hearing at Winchester crown court tomorrow to see whether they should still be held or be released on bail. The likelihood is that they will be remanded again for another 6 months.They made no application last time and Natasha is serving sentance from her last conviction having had her licence revoked.
Due to the horrific prison overcrowding we are still unsure were Gregg will be sent if he is remanded tomorrow, possibly Winchester, however with the acute lack of spaces who knows. The trial will start in June.
If you want to write to Gregg we recommend writing to his old address Gregg Avery (TA7450), HMP Birmingham, Winson Green Road, Birmingham B18 4AS, United Kingdom as this should in theory be forwarded on to him. Hopefully we should have a new address in the next few days.
