There are 5 Days Left to ask your MEP to Act on cars and climate change

On the 24th of October the European Parliament will vote on its position how to tackle the CO2 emissions of cars.
As an independent study presented by the Greens group in the European Parliament today, showed that this can be done only with a strong EU law. Even more, without this strong EU law on the CO2 emissions of new cars, the EU will not be able to meet its Kyoto commitments.
At the same time, we have one of the probably most powerfull industries in Europe, the car manufacturers, fighting this EU law and putting their 158 lobby people in overdrive to put any notion of a strong EU law into the paper shredder of YOUR MEP.
The good thing is, all of you together make a lot more than the 158 lobby people from the car industry. Do not hesitate any longer TAKE ACTION and send NOW an e-mail to YOUR MEP to tell him to vote for a strong EU law.
