This morning 15th October activists concerned over climate change carried out an action at RBS' HQ on Bishops Gate in the City of London. Activists claim that RBS are funding climate change through their investments. The protest was peaceful. One demonstrator was arrested after climbing on a canopy outside the bank's HQ. On climbing down he was arrested on a minor charge.

If I ever need to change my bank I know where to go know now. I'd like to make sure my pennies are somewhere safe, and this lot sound like a good bet.I hope they don't make any sudden switch to 'carbon-neutral' investments. Please keep us all posted.
