Sevral people have been asked to grow skunk in Tuebrook, Old Swan and Norris Green. The first aproach is usualy a bit of a chat, an offer and then threatening. Allotments are a safe haven from the world and now criminals are wanting to use them to grow. The council and police never take notice of vandalism of plotholders property. now that criminals think they can use allotments to make a profit theres going to be troubles where someone gets hurt.
