Two attempted immigration raids in Glasgow

At six thirty this evening immigration officers and the police attempted to raid a home on Annette street in Govanhill, south Glasgow. Two of the blue "dawn raid" vans, an accompanying police van and a car carrying home office officials attempted to gain entry to a flat at 41 Annette street. Despite making a hell of a lot of noise, we could hear the banging outside over the road, they failed to detain anyone. There was no one home!
Obviously annoyed that their vile scheme had been foiled by the resident of Govanhill having the cheek to not be home when they called they returned again at ten thirty. And again there was no one in.
If anyone reading this happens to know anyone living at this address who may be claiming asylum to warn these people and advise them to stay with friends. It is feared that the home office will try something again. If you live in the area please try and be on Annette street tomorrow morning in case they try to dawn raid the house. They may come as early as six o'clock. Please be on the street to show that the home office cannot play with the lives of Glasgow residents.
