squat the spitz??

i love the spitz, its a great venue for music not only for the underground music scenes in the u.k but around the world too, playing ska, folk, klezmer the works. regretably its being closed down due to rising rents and gentrification which overwhelms london and drives out talented, diverse venues like the spitz... i know that the people running it are looking for a new location for the venue, but has anyone out there thought about squatting the location and carrying on its spirit as a protest in favour of cultural venues in london? if so then lets get the debate started right here!

Well done! You now have decreased the chances of it being squatted by suggesting such a think on a public and searchable website - which no doubt the new owners will see.

He is trying to gather support for a cause he believes in.

Besides, he cant help it, all those years of substance abuse have taken their toll, you can't possibly expect anyone like this to 'think before they post' - or indeed during or after they post maaaaaannnn.

Doesn't all that squatting like really mess up your knees?
