20th of September : a European charter for the Congo Kinshasa




The French government decided to deport using charter at the 20th of September refugees from Congo at destination to the "Democratic Republic of Congo", this country has been rent by ethnic strife and civil war since 1994 and the politic instability and the awful sanitary situation are often subject to alarming reports made by well known internal organisms. This summer, the high court of justice of Great Britain decided to suspend all extraditions to this country "due to tortures and rapes risks incurred by extraded people at their arrival".

Alas, this is not the same situation in the country told "of the Human Rights".


In spite of the protests movements and the civil disobediences : hidden families, refusal of the teachers and the pupils parents to let the police enter in the school to take the children, social workers refusing to give the address in spite of placing them in police custody, police harassment during the raids, the gathering in front of the police stations after arrests, mobilisation inside the courthouse, the ports, the rail stations, the airports in order to stop theses inhuman and shames practices, plane captain denouncing the violences and refusing (in spite of the pressures) to take extradited people on board, ... In spite of all theses dailies resistances in front of the unacceptable, Sarkozy and ministers are playing the deaf.

No one to say no. Quite to the contrary, they have only one answer, the higher bid and the repression. In front of the cynicism et the inhumanity of this new government, of the blind obedience of the policemen, of the judges collaboration, of the media and the members of Parliament apathy, we, French citizens, are asking to everybody the boycott and the harassment of the French interest, as only the money and profits are leading our managers.

It is necessary to finish theses practices and theses drifts that remember the painful period of the Pétain government.

In order to break the silence around theses deportations, theses raid now daily and in order to stop theses practices, we invite to gather in front of all the French embassy, consulate and other French reprebbsentation.
