The word is out that Australia is pondering with the idea of installing a Redress Board that may be similar to the Irish Residential Institutions Redress Board, but could this be a good or bad decision?

I submit that the Irish Residential Institutions Redress Board is nothing more than catastrophic mess, and a cover up by the Irish State, The Church, and Civil Servants who have gathered together in secrecy, and have drawn up and agreed draconian policy entered into Irish Law, that encourages unscrupulous applicants to the Redress Board to lie and give false evidence alleging that they had suffered all sorts of horrendous child abuse while they were resident as children in State-run institutions. Then the Irish State rewards and pays them for their lies.

Both myself and my Family have been destroyed by these evil monsters who have been aided and helped by the Irish State and the Catholic Church to further their cause without fear of any fair Justice, and the whole lot of them hide behind walls of secrecy.

There is no National or International Civil Rights afforded to anyone named by any applicant to the Irish Redress Board.

The Irish Government have been informed about these facts over and over again, and they have done nothing about it.

And let's not forget about the honest Irish Legal Profession! There are Solicitors and Barristers and Judges who are acutely aware of the crooked goings on in the Redress Board, and heartlessly line their back pockets with monetary awards that come from false allegations and lies.

These men gave false evidence against me to the Redress Board: Mr. Laetiff Bashorum RIRB/02044, Mr. Willie Heffernan RIRB/01911, Mr. David Connellan RIRB/02321, Mr. Michael O'Brien RIRB/02936. And the Irish Redress Board listened to their untruthful stories.

But the Board ignored my detailed letters which informed them that their applicants had made untruthful and unfounded false statements about me to them. The Irish Redress Board never gave me a chance to give oral evidence, and cross examine these men.

Mr. Billy McCullagh RIRB/03097 gave false evidence to the Board about me, and he perjured himself while at his Redress Board Hearing. But Judge Sean O'Leary declared that no action would be taken against Mr. McCullagh for Perjury which included a pack of lies about me.

I ask the people of Australia to examine even a quarter of what the Irish State have done to my Family. I believe that Australians would be well advised to avoid vile systems which are Corrupt,Secretive,Suspicious,and encourage people to make false statements. The Irish Residential Institutions Redress Board is also blatantly biased against innocent people who are named by unscrupulous applicants,who are prepared to lie,and know that they will not be pursued by the Redress Board Judge for their perjury.

Irish Law, and the Irish State does not protect it's citizens. No one is safe from the Irish Redress Board.

My wife has informed the Irish Police Force, and the Irish State, that when our adopted Russian daughter reaches the age of eighteen, that she should leave Ireland, and live in another country that will protect it's citizens.
