Seeking Dr Gapper formerly of the N.S.W. Government Medical Office

Serious human rights abuses have been reported in the past at the N.S.W. government medical office. In 2002 Dr Helia Gapper vanished from New South Wales and has not been seen since.
Dr Helia Gapper was government medical officer in N.S.W. for many years. During those years the N.S.W. public service used the government medical office to certify whistleblowers and dissidents of the public service insane. Some of the diagnoses were 'cogitive dysfunction', 'schizophrenia', 'paranoid personality disorder', 'dysthymia' and so on. The two signatures that usually appeared on the certificates of insanity were Dr Helia Gapper and Dr Helen Jagger. Neither of these doctors has psychiatric qualifications. Dr Jagger left the government medical office and was promoted by the New South Wales government. The current N.S.W. health minister Mr Hatzistergos has recently lied and stated that certificates of insanity were never issued, but dozens of victims have copies and they can be found on the internet.
In 1995 activists began to get together to plan to bring down this organization. Unfortunately it's still there and only a year ago, participated in similar abuses.
Only one employee of the medical office has ever faced justice: Hadi Stambouliah, a psychologist, who was tried in secret and exonerated. A witness says he blamed Dr Gapper for misinterpreting his results. But this same psychologist lied and said he had 'examined' another whistleblower 'Miss PB' and charged a fee for seeing her, when she in fact refused to attend the appointment. He wrote a 'diagnosis' about someone he had never set eyes on.
Dr Helia Gapper is a general practitioner with a certificate in public health who trained in England. So we have reason to believe she has returned there.
Activists are keen to travel to England to hold a protest outside her offices.
We have complained to Amnesty in London and it seems the only way to get their attention is to become more vocal. We have all been placed on secret blacklists and can never be employed again but are saving up our airfare to come over.
