The Campaign Against Prison Slavery & ITN News

The Campaign Against Prison Slavery has had a number of enquiries from ITN News' Chris Choi [their high profile consumer editor] wanting to do a piece on CAPS. However, he needs an ex-prisoner who is willing to be interviewed on-camera about their experiences of prison work in order to go ahead with this piece.
We have tried to find such an ex-prisoner among our contacts who is sympathetic to the campaign, who took part in the IEP Scheme [see our website for details] and, more to the point, is willing to go public. Unfortunately we have failed.
Is anyone out there who is an ex-prisoner or does anyone out there have contacts with a recent ex-prisoner who did prison work whilst inside and who they think will be willing to do an interview on national TV? If so, contact us at: againstprisonslavery@riseup.net
This is an opportunity to highlight the campaign that's too good to miss.
