Ahhh!!!! The chemistry of your soul
Its beauty bathed my life in the roscate light of the day
What though the call of arms sounds through the land
Love's thought glanced gladly on its joyous way
What though earth quakes with battle's thunder-shock
Behold, afar, a bush in flame!
Till ev'n the mighty mountains seem to rock

To your voice once again
as come the raindrops to a withered flower
for I understood that god is good,
and that without you he still exists
however you were created for this weary one
to rest in the promise made
that the testing time be unafraid

Oh, your eyes awaken the spring in my heart
the sun quivers and the buds on the lilac awaken
I must lose the pain and walk again
All thoughts upon Christ must stay
to join forever the glee of children
