It is alleged that money has been paid to members of at least four members of the partner’s family to carry out intimidation, provocation, destabilisation, and an attempt to smear him in his community; and additionally, to set up, and accuse him of making sexual advances to the children of one of his partner’ sisters.

A private detective who bugged the houses of these people and confirmed that they were “playing with him like a ball”, a remark that one of the people let slip when they were attempting to get the activist drunk.

The motivation is thought to be money; it is not yet knows who is funding the operation. However a Spanish Judge is being sought to investigate possible prosecution of those responsible.
