The site of a 4th runway is currently being marked out by ten clowns in the garden of Lord Soley, chairman of the Heathrow Forward campaign. Lord Soley is the former Labour MP for Hammersmith, and now campaign director for Future Heathrow, an alliance of trade unions, business groups, airlines and professional associations which support the airport's expansion.
