Some updates of those early climate camp leavers!

Some early reports from some of the groups that left the climate camp

Around midday there were 2/3 groups that left the climate camp one group going left (around 50/60) people and another group leaving right (numbers unconfirmed).

The leaving to the right headed towards Harminton Village.

The group was travelling left in the direction of Sipson Lane, however reports early on were that a police road cordon was set up but that people made there way through this cordon although with one women pushed to the group hitting her head. Legal observers were present.

Police later contained this group on the road again forming a police kettle (blocking them in from all sides) around them. The marchers in the kettle were chanting "let buses through" to the support of locals delayed by the protest. They were later pushed/walked to a roundabout.

This group was soon caught by by the kids march, accompanied by rinky dink sound system and a funeral procession and it seems that they all eventually moved off towards Harmondsworth in a march of around 200 - 300 people. It seemed that the police could be trying to direct the march towards the A4.

Back at the camp......
At around 14:30 there was a report of around 200-300 people leaving the climate camp in a march and splitting up in a variety of different directions through fields at the back of the camp taking the police by suprise. Many have broken through initial police lines but there was a report of a head injury from one marcher.

Reports are that many marchers are still in the fields with a lot of riot police, several arrests.
