Data Kits Pt 3

Data Kits is breaking UK CONSUMER LAWS! ! ! !

I have read some of your comments and I did explain on here on why they are breaking UK laws, but it did go in the CLASSIFIED section which is why I do not want that to happen again. Briefly this is what has happened and is still ongoing, I placed an order with datakits.co.uk. I placed it last year in Sept and I overlooked my bank statements showing the transaction ok but WHY did transaction get over looked? It got overlooked because I was using PayPal and using PayPal and if you have a direct debith with them, it will just say PayPal hence I was using eBay. Anyways this item did not come through the post, and when I wanted something else from Data Kits it said that I already am an existing customer! I thought to myself but I never received anything so I looked on what the item was and it was a mobile screen protector but never did receive it. So when I noticed this I rang them, e-mailed them I tried the lot. I got no where and if you do go on the site they have taken away two logos which one of them was shopsafe.co.uk a site that can guarantee you that DataKits.co.uk is a good trusted site..... But wait for it, it's not because shopsafe.co.uk wanted their logo OUT and this didn't happen till I raised this CONCERN to DATA KITS it self and got them involved by CONSUMER LAWS & BANKS that are involved in this BATTLE. Until this day onwards I have not heard anything which I think is STANDERD! Also I am making everyone aware of this HORRIFIC company and I know there are a lot of people that want me to carry a LAW suit, I will not mention their names here but will do in the court of justice.

RE-CAP ON DATA KITS.CO.UK

27.08.2007 21:10

Ladies & Gentlemen I have real proof from a SOURCE which is powered by CONSUMERS that have and purchased from the DISGUSTING company of Data Kits and here is the URL copy it and PAST it all over the INTERNET even on youtube as I do not have the FACILITY to do so myself but if someone could do that on my behalf it would be much appreciated.  http://www.bizrate.co.uk/ratings_guide/cust_reviews__mid--121413.html This URL should work if not just go to the home page of bizrate and go to the heading "store ratings" on the right hand side on top and type in Data Kits in store ratings and see what you FIND.

Data Kits, Very Bad Service

I have had incredibly bad service from Data Kits, still unresolved and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Would lke to hear from other people with the same trouble. Am considering pursuing my goos through small claims court. Trevor.
