Liverpool City council passes sub standard plans for pathfinder in secret despite strong reservations from architects body.

Architectural advisers Ludcap was kept out of the loop after previously criticising plans as sub standard.
“The principles were acceptable, but the design left a lot to be desired.”
Stated Chair Alister Sunderland.
The size of the retail development in particular is criticised though access to the final plans will be necessary in order to make a cogent appeal to the Dept. for Communities and Local Government.
