Some 25 cops in black uniforms, but without body armours, forced their way into the camp a while ago and walked around the site. They were immediately surrounded by people holding their hands up in the air and shouting "Police off site". Earlier in the day, some campers had held a small protest with banners against the FIT's intimidation of campers. Police threatened that any hindering of cops would not be tolerated. Some scuffles and pushing followed until the coppers retreaded into a line on the borders of the camp. What's interesting is that a couple of riot police squads had already gathered at the western 'gate' (not used by public) in readiness for action, which campers described as a clear attempt of provocation.
