Many more abundant rains in north-western Europe is result of global warming which is 10 times bigger than science know! There is probably 7 °C (sic.) of warming in XX century in atmospheric high-pressure areas on the Earth surface and probably 6 °C of cooling in low-pressure areas on the Earth surface! And warming at altitude 3000 m in XX century about 3 °C! There is a new theory on it. This is theory of Climatic Buffer Effect (CBE-KEB, text in Polish). It includes theory of records (Death Valley 1913, Al-Azizija 1922).
