I've heard things are bad in Liverpool. A fellow feminist couldn't do a stall in town cos earlier in the day, one of her friends was arrested for asking people to sign a petition against the war...which is ridiculous.

It was last year during the Condi Rice protests on the Sunday outside the Maritime Museam. 6 or 7 of us were dragged off when we refused to move from the front of the museum before she arrived. There's an article up without photos on this site but I can't be bothered looking at it at the minute.
