British Airports Authority running scared over Climate Camp

"AIRPORT officials are attempting to legally block the heads of two campaign groups and their members from taking part in a week of protests against Heathrow.
"Geraldine Nicholson, chairwoman of No Third Runway Action Group (NoTRAG) and John Stewart, chairman of HACAN Clearskies, both received injunction documents from Heathrow Airport Ltd, part of BAA, one day after both attended a meeting held in Sipson on Thursday (19) to discuss the imminent arrival in the borough of Climate Camp.
"Lawyers for the airport are also seeking to make Mr Stewart, Mrs Nicholson and Leo Murray and Joss Garman from Plane Stupid personally responsible for anyone from their organisations who does get involved in the camp".

Timothy Lawson-Cruttenden?

Local activist residents have repeatedly spoken of the ineptitude of BAA's Press Office.
Seems like their legal peeps may be from the same camp. Timothy Lawson-Cruttenden has a disastrous record, having advised EDO in Brighton and nPower at Radley lakes. In both cases these sort of injunctions were issued, in both cases they got appalling press reaction and in both cases they were ultimately defeated.
Hopefully the judges at the High Court will take the same dim view of these tactics as their predecessors.
