Monday 23rd July is the start of the second part of the case of three protesters arrested for aggravated trespass at EDO MBM. The defendants have already run the argument that EDO MBM's business is unlawful, but have been refused disclosure.

the trial is scheduled for 5 days but may not last that long...

a solidarity picket of the court will be organised later in the week
