Steven O'Doherty - a racist in charge of deaths in police custody?

Attention to the Jean Charles family. This man was found guilty of victimization on a racial ground in court and yet he leads the team which investigates deaths in police custody - primarily black and Asian.
Well, well, well...
Apparently Mr. O'Doherty is a well respected member of the CPS and was appointed to head the investigations into deaths in police custody.
Apparently, Steven has been with the CPS for some thirty years and is "well-respected".
Apparently he was in charge of the Jean Charles de Menenzes case.
He is definitely a convicted racist as he was taken to court and found guilty of victimization on racial grounds as he saw fit to victimize an Asian woman who was part of his work force.
Are Sir Ian Blair and Steven O'Doherty conspiring to cover up the many deaths in police custody which are primarily black and Asian?
I certainly believe so and I think the public has a right to know.
