Plenty of rain but still no hassle from the police. The Peace Camp now has 10 tents plus one Gazebo. The latter is very good for socialising out of the rain.
Barbara and Charity decided to move across the road with their placards to the gates of Parliament itself, despite a phalanx of police there. Apart from some good natured chatting none of the police seemed to object to this. Similarly with the pair of cops who turned up near the unauthorised Peace Camp and then moved on.
Monday Love are planning an unplugged live performance in the Square this evening, DJs and music from 7pm, in support of the Peace Camp.

Perhaps we should all take inspiration from Brian Haw who recently clocked up six years in Parliament Square. On of his supporters, Carolyn from St Albans tried to arrest Blair with a citizen’s arrest:
