Trevor Philips of the Commission for Equalities and Human rights turned up at Ascot today in drag.

He said his organization which promotes equality issues across the full raft of ethnic, gender, sexual-orientation, disability and other minority interests needed a bit of a boost and some more publicity.

He said he got his dress in Paris and had been on the steroids for about a year.
