How do we know that your pro-cop/anti MOVE rant is the truth? Your repetitive spamming of the threads indicate a burning obsession on your part, but there doesn't seem to be much to back it up........

You also make outlandish claims about Abu Mumia-Jamal who we know, as a movement, was fitted up for murdering a cop. You claim he actually did murder this cop.

I don't ask people to just take my word for it. There are thousands of articles, a half dozen or so books, and numerous sources other than mine that point to the fact that MOVE is a dangerous cult.

I am not "spamming" anything. I am responding to issues that were raised on this site with information that I took away from nearly a decade around MOVE and subsequent research about the group I did after leaving.

If you believe I am so full of it, why don't you ask Ramona about the quote I ascribed to her and about some of the other issues I have raised.

I hope you hold her up to the same scrutiny that you do me.

If you can't substantiate your claims, then they have no place on a newswire.

I have no problem substantiating my writings and stand by them.

I do, however, take issue with the double standard that seems to be in place with regards to my posting here on the UK IMC.

After nearly a decade around MOVE I have much in the way of first hand information and have years of correspondence with imprisoned MOVE members

I also have studied (and have provided links to on numerous blog postings) material authored by others.

Finding accurate information about MOVE can be a tedious process. Type in "MOVE Organization" in your search engine and you are likely to find page after page of MOVE's brand of revisionist history and boilerplate propaganda.

There are, however, places on the web where you can find more critical information about the group. The website of cult-researcher Rick Ross has a few articles about MOVE and a huge data base of information regarding mind control, the effects of cult involvement, problems stemming from leaving cults, etc...So to does the Institute For Cultic Studies.

Another place to find articles about MOVE is the archives at Philly.com. This website covers both the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Daily News. It's database is huge and goes back into the 1989's, but, in order to access the full text of articles, you need to pay a fee.

Two free sources of information where you can find information about Mumia and MOVE are the websites of the Philadelphia City Paper and the Philadelphia Weekly.

Over the years, there have been a number of books published dealing with MOVE, although anyone purchasing them should know that none of them deal with anything post-1985. You will probably have no chance at all to purchase these books at your local bookstore, as they have long been out of print. However, I was searching at Amazon.com and was able to find every book ever written about MOVE to date available for purchase.

They are the following:

"Let the Bunker Burn"

"Burning Down the House"

"Discourse and Destruction"

Another document worth referencing is findings of the so-called "MOVE Commision" that was set up after 1985.

As for my writings on Jamal's case I rely heavily on the trial transcripts, have read every book on the case, both pro and con, and while I believe that intelligent people can argue the "fairness" of the trial, I have seen nothing to convince me that Jamal was anything other than the murder of Faulkner.

If anyone wants to know where I obtained any piece of info contained in my writings I have no problem providing it. I only add that I hope that Ramona Africa is held to the same degree of scrutiny...I won't be holding my breath.

I've seen Rick Ross and the Philadelphia Inquirer, and unsurprisingly you appear to be their main source of information - they quote you extensively.

At the end of the day, that doesn't in any way whatsoever back up your claim that:

I think you're dodgy Mr. Allen, which is why a right wing radio jock adores you. Evidence of your dodginess is further shown by the fact that you have removed comments from your blog in spite of the claim on your obsessional little blog that:

"this article has been banned and suppressed by the UK Indy Media as has other material posted against MOVE. Because of that, it will be posted here where people are free to comment"

Everything you have posted on IMC UK is still readable, because it isn't banned at all, its hidden because there are serious doubts about its veracity.

You've done nothing to dispel those doubts.

In light of this I suspect that future tirades from your blog will continue to be hidden. If you want to be taken seriously you're going to need to provide more credible sources than Tony Allen.

Most of my sources have nothing to do with me, in fact many were in existence before I was anywhere near MOVE.

It does nothing to me if you "hide" or whatever other euphamism you want to use in order to explain away the censorship on this site.

I am done with MOVE and will waste no more time in support of them. If others want to support the cult, than nobody can say they weren't forwarned. I did what I could.

As far as being "dodgy", I think I have been as forthright as possible, and certainly much more than this situation deserves.

I'm not "down" with MOVE at all, but I don't see how your claims amount to anything when it is just your words that we have to take for it, and you can't actually direct us to any of these thousands of 'independent' sources that you claim exist.

Especially as you censored your own blog.....

It is not surprising to me that increasingly the IMC is irrelevant given your absurd line of reasoning and clear denial of the facts.

If you aren't "down" with MOVE, you certainly don't seem to have any problems with them as you have gone far out of your way to try and offer an oblilque defense of them by calling me into question.

Moreover, I have not ever censored my site save for the times when people threatened physical violence against myself or someone else. If you have proof otherwise I would like to see it.

Not to speak of the fact that none of the pro-Jamal or MOVE sites allow comments at all and MOVE supporters spend alot of time trying to convince websites that do allow commentary to keep me from telling the true story about the cult.
