CIA doctor says Bush Sr., Rockefeller led child sex slave scheme

Sue Arrigo, MD worked for the CIA and now blows the whistle on its child sex slavery operations, which follow on the heels of the CIA's MKULTRA, Bluebird, and related programs.

Arrigo reports that Bush Sr. murdered some who threatened to expose the program and that David Rockefeller, for whom she worked directly, was the key controller of much of the program. Hideous as that may sound, Dr. Arrigo's story deserves a read. It begins on this page:

I took a look around the source URL connections and found a description of how to make a HIV vaccine. It sounded very risky to me, and even id it did work, I wonder if it could be of any use to someone already infected. Vaccines usually give resistance to catching a disease don't they? They are not a cure.

If God wants everyone in the World to live to USA standards, then God might put word of this marvelous HIV vaccine about so that billions (about six) of people will infect themselves and and reduce the human population to the number Earth could support to live at USer standards. (perhaps half a billion)

Clearly the hammering God has had from the Money bought Scientists has brought on Dementia, that scheme is not going to work. Bird 'flu, and Ibola just have not got into the Subway or the Tube, either God is not up to doing the job of terminating Civilisation, or as decided that it is better to terminate all Life on the Planet before there are even more Religious Nutcases demanding to dwell in a Heaven forever. The logistics of that are getting to be too much of a problem.

It all sounds a bit far fetched to me.
Is there any actual evidence?
