The directory enquirys service 118.com never points out to it's less abled to see customers that they are entitled to free 192.This realy is their phone companys resposibility.BT began the service.For anyone who cannot see or is partially sighted call your operator,even mobiles and tell them.Some,like vodaphone accept it on your word,well done vodaphone.Others will need a signed letter from your GP.Once accepted you will be given a pin number.From then all you need to do is dial 195 and give your pin and the number you want.You will then be connected free of charge.
