Video rush of the day's activities on Thursday 7 June, 2007.

An early expedition at 4am brought the police back with them and the alarm bells began ringing about 5.30am. About 120 police formed at the Reddelich Camp entrance but soon dispersed.

At the east gate (now named the police-media relations gate) all was cool and quiet, but the weather was hot - and so were the riot squads.

Then came the west gate...

Great filming, but brilliant editing, especially having been blinded by pepper spray in the water. That long shot at the end of the defiant finger against the helicopters... Amazing
