The end of the world is nigh and all of you fuckers are gonna get it!! Unless you repent.

So, here we are today. Gathered in this most holy of holies, the comfortable computer chair. We are bathed in the electronic light of a TFT or a CRT, illuminated in the cold artificial light of our day-glow screens.
In another sector of town the young teenager was arguing her right to play her iPod out aloud, so that all could benefit from being touched by the music that so thoroughly touched her. Her gift to the train ... share in her visceral experience.
But for the rest of us, dour, sour and completely unimpressed, she is but a reason to feel aggrieved, yet another yobo/teenager/bastard/criminal/terrorist type.. We are all innocent - everyone who looks like me, sounds like me, thinks like me .... we are all safe: it is the outsiders who threaten us, who must be vanquished. They are the [ add target\\\\\\\'s name here ], and must be eliminated at all costs.
So, now we must reckon with the crucifix. How do we reconcile ourselves with someone who allegedly died for our sins, but ... and here\\\\\\\'s the rub ... wasn\\\\\\\'t able to stop us from going just a wee bit bezerk on the sinning front. I mean really - the United States! the United Kingdom! What a mockery of democracy these nations are ... and yet each had the voice of God in their hearts and in their minds. Each heard the voice of God tell them to blow the bejeeburs out of Iraq.
I\\\\\\\'m kinda glad that that God doesn\\\\\\\'t talk to me.
But, as a God-fearing orangutan I am happy to pledge my allegiance to whatever flag gives me the biggest kick-back and the fattest cigar, just so\\\\\\\'s I can show everybody what a big, fat mutherfucking SOB I am. Just don\\\\\\\'t catch me with my pants down on the crapper, y\\\\\\\'all.
So, I\\\\\\\'ll be back again tomorrow night kids. Look out for me. The IMC - uk.plc federales may try to hide (i.e. censor) this post, but then ... let\\\\\\\'s face it, after a while, moderating all of this depressing shit, even they, the glorious IMC mods, lose their appreciation for satire.
