tis true.. it is often, and was in this case, full of some form of cs or pepper- which can be quite amusing when, like in this case, the people who the water is aimed at, ie us, had prepared for it, whilst a proportion of those doin the sending on the other side had not- then, simply add a sly dose of mother nature`s ever wayward light breeze and watch delightedly as der bullen inadvertently incapacitate themselves.....ho, ho, ho, it,s enough to bring tears to ya eyes
