this is amazing & inspiring, I wish I had heard of you when I worked at a supermarket before I started working with decent workers cooperative, which can take time to set up.
I still aim to join though because I realise you are a union fighting for true revolutionary change as well as safety & equality.
Change from the inside rank & file is far more effective than just attacking from the outside, although after being treated like shit by managers this did temporarily make me feel good once.

in the end 25-30 people attended and it was a good atmosphere. loads of people are up for helping out. alas not many baristas there, but these things take time i guess...
