Conference for Education Workers
knightrose | 03.06.2007 20:14 | Education
Manchester AF are hosting a conference for Education workers on July 1st. The conference is being held with the assistance of comrades in the IWW and Solfed.
So far we have agreed to hold workshops on:
Casualisation in education
the exam system
ID technology in schools
fighting the state's plans for academies
We'd like sessions on:
the struggle at Crichton and are hopeful of running one
organising the Education Workers Network (looking for a Solfed contributor).
The conference is open to all sympathetic to its aims of bringing libertarian education workers together in a non-sectarian manner.
please email

for more details.
We plan to have pre-conference documents available for participants.
