Well, 13km of fence do not built an inaccessible stronghold. The architects of the G8 summit omitted the roof!

There is one vulnerable point in Heiligendamm, Germany the place of the current G8 summit. Its accessible by air.
Two fervent protesters attempt to realise the impossible. To jump off an airplane and land directly in front of the Kempinski, were Putin, Bush and co are residing. How? By parachute.

Fairly obviously, there'll be an extensive air exclusion zone, so your light aircraft will be shot down by F16s, anti-aircraft missiles before you get anywhere near the summit. Typical moon bat muppets...
