what has happended to the tramway pub squat on london road sheffield i cycled past yesterday looked at sealed up again

There was a court hearing for 14th May but unfortunately during the second week of the squat there was some trouble which led to the original squatters leaving the Tramway a few days before the hearing.

hi vegan grrl what was the trouble that led the original squaters leaving did an unruly hooligan element descend upon the place...what was the decsion of the court hearing on the 14th may.

Someone else could probably provide a better account but basically we had problems with alcoholics and were concerned about the squat being used by heroin addicts. The squat was originally intended to be a social centre and it was difficult to continue to use it in this way. It was only intended to last for a few weeks (I believe).

I don't want to gointo too many details as it isn't really my place to do so.
