Class war and second homes.

Ilyan | 18.05.2007 22:04 | Analysis | History

If you have just watched 'Tonight' on second homes. 18th May 2007. and are steaming in Salcombe ....

Kinnock used to shoot his mouth off about Welsh extremists burning English homes. He stopped when a Welsh Extremist wrote to the papers that he had seen books for sale which had come from a local Labour Party official. They included Read's book 'Explosives' that was a pretty full instruction manual from the days before plastique. Labour officials must be dense, with that excellent manual, our local man had to go to hospital to have his hand patched after an 'accident' in his kitchen. In the collection there were many photos of a big dam under construction.

But Kinnock's big mistake was to blame welsh extremists when the actions were approved by an Emminence Gris whose origins were very much in the same Labour Party as Kinnock's. Kinnock should have noticed the class war element in second home burning. Easily seen as welsh owned second homes were just as happily burnt.

The bit that puzzled me was why they burnt the second homes, the costs of the Firebrigade are then on the impoverished local community. Burning first homes when people are in the second home puts that cost onto their Rich community.

Of course a burnt second home is immediately recognised and such actions then drive up the insurance cost of all second homes. If the first home is burnt up through an 'electrical' fault then that has no effect on the insurance cost of second homes. To leave any indication that it is not an accident hugely increases the likelihood of the fire raiser being caught.. The insurance companies will work that out for themselves through their statistical analysis quite quicly. Especially if someone forwards this to Lloyds List.  http://www.lloydslist.com/ do so in a gesture of support for the Underwriters who put their all at risk to maintain the insurance bedrock of Civilisation. They need reasons to jack up their insurance premiums.

You know what to do about Civilisation if you are a supporter of Zerzan.

Resistance to second homes

19.05.2007 13:17

Last year in Cornwall someone set up a website advertising the most desirable second homes as being available to squat!  http://rentfreecornwall.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html

It was certainly a less destructive form of resistance than arson.

Nice to hear from Joanie about that URL, but-

My copy of the Squatters' handbook is a bit out of date. Any one fill us in with some info about the terrifying penalties the Labour Government have introduced to frighten people out of squatting. Or are they going to blame it on the Tories. Second Homes have one simple explanation: There are insufficient taxes on the Rich.

I saw no mention of any squatting in the Tonight program McDonald presented. Has there been any, with what outcome?

Since the secret Fascists introduced VAT, the poor pay a heavy tax tax on their essentials while the Rich stash their surpluse money overseas beyond the reach of the taxman.. The whole structure of Society has been corrupted by New Labour. It is time to destroy Civilisation, a con trick of the Rich who have bought those the socialists once had faith in.

Well MI5, If you had done your job properly and had the Leninist Traitors who are debauching our currency (virtually every Chancellor since the war) hanged, then the World would not be in such a perilous state, and I would not have to take freelance work.
