Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you that your petition has been rejected.

Your petition was classed as being in the following categories:

* Language which is offensive, intemperate, or provocative

* Wording that is impossible to understand

* Outside the remit or powers of the Prime Minister and
Government

* Issues for which an e-petition is not the appropriate
channel

If you wish to edit and resubmit your petition, please follow
the following link:
 http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/police-violence/EI7peAEf6vvSBlWGiDAGjwW

You have four weeks in which to do this, after which your
petition will appear in the list of rejected petitions.

Your petition reads:

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to: 'cease and
desist from using the Metropolitan Police Force to enforce
SOCPA with physical violence towards peaceful people'

01/05/07

A.Illegal seizure:

Artwork illegally seized.

B.Assault and Battery:

Using “pain compliance” techniques on a pacifist in order to
create an offence and further entrap a peaceful member of
society is unreasonable, to say the least.

C.False Arrest:

I was physically attacked by a gang of ‘men’ – 20 OFFICERS, in
broad daylight, in a place of public access, while my property
was illegally seized with violence.

D.False imprisonment:

The police terrified my child through assaulting her mother in
her presence. The MET made her cry when they kidnapped her
mummy.

E.Child endangerment:

My 8-year-old child was forcefully abandoned by the Met in
Parliament Square, in central London, with an impending
‘neo-nazi’ march about to begin.

The Met police challenging a High Court ruling on the pavement,
using brute force and criminal behavior, to say the very least,
is a very clear abuse of unfettered powers granted by exactly
who?

“Bollocks 2 Blair” “Genocide is a war crime”

not to point out problems but sending something to the government with 'bollocks 2 blair' on it is likely to cause issues.

I'd remove that bit and re-submit. The other thing is, the government are our democratic leaders - how can they impose rules on petitions? What legislation do they impose these rules under?

Good luck re-submitting it.
