1000 At Solidarity Demonstration in Hamburg (G8)

More than 1000 people gathered yesterday evening at the Rote Flora, one of the Social Centres raided by the police yeserday morning. Police tried, unsucessfully,
to prevent the demonstration from happening.

Police followed the demonstration with 6 watercannons. After several sprints and a powerful march through the street people gathered at the Rote Flora starting
to barricade the street (by moving building site fences). police used battons and watercanons to dispers people.
