Well another election upcoming and the mainstream media
are busily massaging the Rainbow alternative.

Indymedia Ireland have been down for a couple of hours now.
There was a Shell Blockade Yesterday.
Id's are being brought in.
A minor political party with 3% of the vote share has dominated the Media.



What a time for the site to crash.

Of course , it could have been the aliens again, the last time the site
went down it lasted over two weeks.

Many Irish Groups use the UK Kollectives, so expect to see more
until the situation is resolved.

Other stories that have failed to dominate the media are the
introduction of sweeping powers to the Irish police and the usual
political corrution in connection with the land grab around Tara and Rossport.

The election will almost coincide with the British/Uk election,
as well as with a planning corruption module in Tribunal which expects
our Taoiseach to be an 'expert ' witness.

The close almost identical immigration laws, ID's and corrupt practices
of our so called democracies is a wonder to behold.

but I am doing a thesis on globalisation and political repression
with special emphasis on the shared immigration policies of the two
governments, as well as the identical cultural and democratic
erosions evident in the two countries-

Ye cannot spit between Reid and Mc Dowell's immigration policies
we are importing the biometric id system and have also banned
EU citizens from living here if the happen to be Bulgarian or Romanian.

[Not really doing a thesis] ;-)
