None according to Southwark Council's Street Care enforcers who confiscated poems from Joseph Marinus after his arrest for "breaching the peace" under Blackfriars Bridge last Saturday April 21st.

In this audio produced for the Indymedia Global Report on Resonance 104.4pm - to be aired on Monday 30th April between 22h30 and 23h30, Joseph describes his arrest and how it is part of a clampdown on commercial and cultural exchanges on the South Bank.

Petition opened for Joseph Marinus

A petition to support Joseph Marinus - who will be in court on July 31st for reciting poetry and accepting donations for it - has been opened at  http://www.londonartgalleryforchildren.org/petition/ . We're still looking for more petitioners until July 28th when we will hand it in to the local authorities.
