Probable cause

Having been accused of "acting like a newbie"in the past.I can take it has said that those in the know know i have some experience of all that is pc.Having said that i also remind everyone that the windows operating system is "intuitive".It was designed from the outset,with good intention,not now.So intuitvly i have noticed that if one is commenting on something,we know the spooks will be intrested in it takes for ever to upload.That led me to think .Is IMCUK being Ghosted?We the publishers have no more control than the os and servers.We have none over the physical wiring the data travels on.The spooks do.Need i say more?
