Iran admits Nuclear weapons plan

Saleem MacDonald | 10.04.2007 00:02 | Terror War

Textbooks used in Iran's schools are instilling students with hatred toward the West, especially the United States, and urging them to become "martyrs" in a global holy war against countries perceived to be enemies of Islam, a new study says.

Iranian fundamentalist nutcases have fessed up to secret evil mad experiments with plutonium, an essential component of thermonuclear attack weapons for many years longer than previously admitted. Under its treaty obligations, Iran was required to disclose all of its experiments with plutonium.

A confidential United Nations report revealed a further chapter in the fanatical Iranian regime’s book of deception over its plans to develop a nuclear weapons facility.

The International Atomic Energy Agency which attempts to monitor the development of nuclear weapons and energy says it has still not understood the full extent of the interaction between Iranian purchasers and black market vendors such as Abdul Qadeer Khan of the technology necessary to make the first Islamic nuke.

By using centrifuges, Iran has purified uranium to make weapons-grade nuclear material. These secret nuclear weapons technologies are believed to be housed in outer Tehran in facilities formerly at Lavisan-Shian and now at Parchin.

Parchin is understood to be the location of experiments involving high-powered explosives required in nuclear weaponry. IAEA inspectors have been granted only very limited access to the Parchin facility.

Disturbingly, Iran Press News also reports:

• In Isfahan, the Iranians have been producing uranium hexafluoride (UF6) feedstock for enrichment purposes. The IAEA has never believed their claim they built an industrial-scale plant without testing the production line in a smaller, pilot plant. It now appears increasingly likely Iran built a pilot plant in hardened underground facilities it won't allow the agency to inspect, and has been producing UF6 there secretly for years.

• Iran keeps refusing to account for the activities of a facility at the sprawling defense production complex at Lavisan-Shian in Tehran. It razed the site in late 2003 to prevent the IAEA for discovering what had been done there. It now seems probable Iran set up a secret enrichment cascade at Lavisan-Shian and has been enriching uranium there for years.

• Iran continues to refuse access to facilities at the Parchin military production plant south of Tehran, where it also produces RDX explosives, precisely the type of high-powered explosives needed for the non-nuclear "lenses" that trigger a nuclear implosion device. It now appears Iran was probably conducting secret weaponization work at Parchin.
