The bugging of a patient refferal service reported in todays Echo and a way they could have done it

Pissed off with the charges made by Patientline i began to look into them.Using "view page source"i was able to see they were hosting from www.w3.org.On their site i noticed a "get member password".And scrolling to a list and selecting "partners healthcare systems inc"
And then clicking on the following.
I attest that the above information is correct and that the Advisory Committee Representative from my organization may be contacted for verification purposes.
Notice the word "may".This is followed by the following caution, which incidently leaves it even more open to abuse.
1 Note about "Membership" organizations: If you are employed by an organization that is a W3C Member and that itself is a "membership organization", per section 2.1.1 of the W3C Process, your Advisory Committee Representative may designate up to four (or more at the Team's discretion) individuals who, though not employed by the organization, MAY exercise the rights of Member representatives. W3C membership privileges do not generally extend to members of other "membership organizations" which themselves belong to W3C.

I have not tried to access for any information as that would be a crimminal offence. But i'm sure there are those that would have no problems that way.
