Notting Hill Housing utilise the poor and most vulnerable at industrial level to fuel a silent and extremely lucrative housing & property industry.


Is not the 'charity' [with its 21 'charity' shops] a convenient charade to avoid the burden of taxation? It is not possible to transfer highly valuable properties from the 'charity' [NHHT] to the commercial entity [Notting Hill Market Rent Limited (9/2/2007)] and thereby avoid tax consequences? The £1,000 nominal shareholding has been given authority to increase the share capital to £20,000,000 - but is this power not unlawful as it is against the very foundation of the constitution of the charity?

Labour Party member ex Labour Party flag waver 'Special Adviser' Kate Davies (29/3/56) who has a degree in sociology is she not behind the apparent corrupting of the charity into the hard-nosed commercialisation of the charity?

Kate Davies, She lives some 500 yards from Connaught Square, amongst the most expensive properties in London. It was the place known as 'Tyburnia', where those who betrayed others would be hanged.


Is not the Labour Party now hell-bent on corrupting the hard fought rights of a secure home, a secure/assured tenancy and rent ceilings, ensuring that rents do not spiral out of control at unaffordable and unreasonable rents.


Yet the Labour Party are no longer to be trusted.


They have deceived and corrupted the most vulnerable and attack them when they are down - social responsibility? The Labour Party have had their chance. They do not Listen. They do not Consult. They invariably tend to Harass and confront any tenant that complains in writing. Last year, 761 tenants made complaints in writing against the management of Notting Hill Housing, including unlawful disrepair and confrontation by management of the Registered Social Landlord (RSL) or Housing Association.


Why do they not Listen?
Why do they not Consult?
Why are they so foolish?
Why do they unlawfully Harass the good tenants?
Why do they UNLAWFULLY not effect repairs?
Why do they lavish unaccountable taxpayers money on luxury junkets for senior management?
Why are the expense accounts of senior management so lavish?
Why do they brick up tenants windows for submitting a complaint in writing?
Why do they not Consult rather than always Confront and UNLAWFULLY Harass good tenants who make legitimate complaints in writing?
