I agree with audiotech, your article misses the point completely. While it +may+ be good blog material it isn't news. The fact this man is a fascist is well worth reporting but the rest of it just makes him seem sympathetic and human. Maybe you want to warn women away from a chance encounter with a fascist but you said yourself he wasn't getting any response.

I've an anti-fash friend with a Prince Albert. A bit weird but none of my business. And once a decade ago, sad and lonely perhaps, I responded to newspaper 'sad-ad'. If a fash group had tried to use that information to embarrass me then they would have failed, I would have laughed it off shamelessly as I'm sure this guy will. You have to focus on what is why we don't like these people - the fascist thang - and ignore or forgive all their little personal quirks and flaws. Or else we seem petty and prurient.

They deserve a lot worse than humiliation but I don't see how you've humiliated him. And I masquerade so well as a woolly liberal that I was kidnapped and threatened with death for 24 hours last week by a local fascist group. It'd be great to be able to call up some serious anti-fascist support but if your level of action is publishing sad-ad's then I'd rather trust in my friends and neighbours physical response. Why don't you take pictures of Nick Griffins pants when he hangs them out to dry - that'll teach him.
