Although I strongly disagree with GMO's, this report is useless in arguing a case against them. Rats are rats, not humans. Torturing them is pointless and Greenpeace appears to be advocating this abuse.

I love rats, i lived with them for almost the entire year in 2006, and i do not want to take away the real problem GMO are having on my rat's brothers and sisters, but you know, there are other problem that GMO is responsible for. in the south of the planet mono culture of GMO are destroying the environment, displacing indigenous people and farmer from their land with the consequent destruction of their culture and tradition. GMO mono culture are killing people, animal and biodiversity wherever they are implemented.

the problem with GMO is not only when the arrive to our plate but well before.

here some link to understand better GMO mono culture, the seed market, supermarket chain and industrial agriculture, the free trade agreement, WTO, pesticide, round up, etc. etc.
