(Video) Nablus: 2 New Clips from Military Operation "Hot Winter"

Today, a-films and RJI released another two short video-interviews from the recent military operation in Nablus, Occupied Palestine. The first interview was conducted with Ashraf al-Tibi, the injured son of 'Anan al-Tibi, whom the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) shot dead on February 26th, 2007. The second interview is with 11-years-old Jihan Tahdush, who was used as a "human-shield" by Israeli soldiers during house-to-house searches in Nablus.

Interview with Injured Son of "Martyr"

In the end of February 2007, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) launched a major military operation in Nablus' Old City. During the invasion, on February 26th, 'Anan Mohammad al-Tibi (49) was killed by IOF-troops as he was standing on his roof in the Yasmine neighborhood. His son Ashraf (20) was also shot in the same spot, but survived. This interview was conducted with Ashraf al-Tibi on Thursday, March 1st, 2007, at his hospital bed.

Interview with 11-years-old "Human Shield"

Jihan Tahdush (11) was kidnapped by IOF troops and repeatedly forced to serve as a human shield for soldiers in their house-to-house searches in the Old City of Nablus. In this interview she gives details of what happened to her. The interview was conducted on Friday, March 2nd, 2007, in Jihan's home.
